• Content You Provide: You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Friday AI. However, by using our platform, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services, all while safeguarding your privacy.

3. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All materials, software, and intellectual property related to Friday AI, including the 32B AI model, are owned by Friday AI or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your Content: You own the rights to any content you create using Friday AI, but you grant us the necessary rights to process it as part of our service.

4. Usage Restrictions

• You may not: Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code from any part of Friday AI.
• Use our platform for illegal activities, spamming, or any form of malicious behavior. Exploit the AI in any way that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

5. Payment and Subscription

• Pricing: By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms outlined on the pricing page. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Billing: Payments for services are handled securely through our chosen payment partners. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Friday AI at our discretion if you violate these terms or if we believe it’s necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Friday AI provides the platform “as is” and is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to any loss of data, profit, or harm to your devices. You use our services at your own risk.
